3. Purchases and Refunds

Digital Products and Programs

  • All sales of Noosomnia digital products and programs (including apps and services such as Nootherapy) are final and non-refundable. These are downloadable products that cannot be physically returned.

Physical Products

  • Products that include both digital and physical components (e.g., Noosomnia Sleep System) may be eligible for a refund of the physical product's value, as outlined in our Return Policy. The digital components remain accessible and non-refundable.

5 Year Warranty

For physical products, a 5 year warranty covers defects or malfunctions. Please refer to the Return Policy for details on warranty claims.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • By purchasing through the Services, you authorize Noosomnia to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Noosomnia or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Results: The Services are provided as tools and resources to support your wellness journey. Individual results may vary, and Noosomnia makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.
  • As-Is Basis: The Services are provided "as-is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
